Los Angeles Rams (10-4) at Tennessee (8-6)

A vital game for both squads.

The Rams can clinch their first NFC West title since 2003 with a win. Otherwise, losses by Atlanta, Carolina and Detroit give Los Angeles a playoff berth.

Meanwhile, the Titans can clinch playoff spot with a win combined with losses by both Baltimore and Buffalo. Although Jacksonville has lost eight straight in the Pacific Time Zone by an average of 20.9 points – the last win out west came Jan. 2, 2005, at Oakland – these are different Jaguars. They take their first division title since 1999 with a win, which would be a fifth road victory of the season after winning five in the previous four seasons combined.
