Prosecutors say they have reached plea deals with former Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle that allow him to be released on probation as long as he stays out of trouble.
The Sedgwick County district attorney's office said in a news release Friday the agreements cover four cases against Randle http://www.indianapoliscoltsteamonline.com/john-simon-jersey , including ones involving a jail fight and interfering with a law enforcement officer. He has already been in jail more than two years.
Taken together, the pleas call for a controlling sentence of 80 months that allows him to be free on probation for 60 months. If he violates probation, prosecutors can seek to have him put in prison.
Randle was sentenced Friday for aggravated battery Sammy Baugh Jersey , aggravated burglary, criminal threat and marijuana possession.
He will be sentenced Aug. 17 on the jail fight and interference cases as well as ones related to his breaking a jail TV and threatening a guard.
The New York Islanders agreed to a one-year deal with free-agent forward Tom Kuhnhackl on Monday.
The 26-year-old right wing had four goals and 12 assists in 57 games for Pittsburgh last season. He has 11 goals and 28 assists in 168 career games over three seasons – all with the Penguins.
Kuhnhackl, who was on Pittsburgh’s Stanley Cup-winning teams in 2016 and 2017 Troy Apke Jersey , also has three goals and four assists in 47 career playoff games.
The Islanders also announced they had agreed to two-year, two-way contracts with goalie Christopher Gibson and defenseman Seth Helgeson, and a one-year Vernon Davis Jersey , two-way deal with right wing Mike Sislo. Left wing Mike Lorrito agreed to a two-year contract that is two-way in the first season and NHL only for the second.
Gibson is 3-4-3 with a 3.57 goals-against average in 12 career NHL games with the Islanders. The 25-year-old native of Finland was 2-3-2 in eight games in New York last season, including a 50-save shutout against Calgary on March 11.
The 27-year-old Helgeson has one goal and three assists in 50 NHL games with New Jersey.
Sislo has three goals and two assists in 42 career games with the Devils. The 30-year-old last played in the NHL with the Devils in 2015-16, finishing with three goals and one assist in a career-high 18 games.
Lorito Jordan Mills Jersey , 27, made his NHL debut with Detroit last season and had one assist in two games.
