John Hicks hit a solo homer in the Detroit second off Sam Gaviglio and Nick Castellanos made it 3-0 with a two-run shot in the third Marcus Foligno Jersey , his 12th.

Leonys Martin and Castellanos hit consecutive singles off Joe Biagini in the eighth but the Blue Jays right-hander retired the next three batters in order.
”We had runners in position a couple of times,” Gardenhire said. ”We just didn’t come up with the big one.”
Martin helped preserve the 3-3 tie in the bottom of the eighth by throwing out Travis at home plate. Travis was trying to score from second on Yangervis Solarte’s single to center, but couldn’t beat Martin’s one-hop throw. The assist was Martin’s ninth, tying him with Seattle’s Mitch Haniger for the AL lead.
With a heat alert in place for Toronto Alex DeBrincat Jersey , the retractable roof at Rogers Centre was kept closed. The outdoor temperature was 88 degrees, with high humidity making it feel like 106.

Via Vic Carruci of the Buffalo News, Bills coach Sean McDermott said Jones had undergone knee surgery Authentic Artturi Lehkonen Jersey , and would miss the rest of their offseason workouts.
McDermott said at this point, there was not a concern that the problem would threaten his season.
Jones, their second-rounder last year, was involved in a bizarre incident which saw him arrested for vandalism while naked and bleeding, after a fight with his brother. Charges were eventually dropped and Jones expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported him.
He caught 27 passes as a rookie, and the Bills could clearly use more from him this season after going all-in to land quarterback Josh Allen in the draft.
